Installation and version control
Application installation is carried out simply at server's end. Configuration and all management tasks are carried out from the application server's centralized console. Distribution of version updates is straightforward and secure. Backward compatibility is maintained.
Each version is identified by a version number, a release number and a unique serial code.
Version updates are carried out through auto-installable password-protected patches.
Support and defect Tracking
We provide a web-based support service with access to all support information, including issue and defect tracking, technical support documentation, patch and fix, and version control.
A periodic email newsletter is also published to all customers. In addition, we provide access to an FTP site for patch and upgrade downloads, and VPN-based remote support for the installation of patches and troubleshooting.
Comprehensive release notes are included in the patch and upgrade packages as well as detailed installation instructions.
